Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using All-22 Review ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase or activation of a free trial, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on up to two (2) computers that you own or control. This license is for your personal, professional use as a coach or sports professional. You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, or share your license key with others.

3. License Plans

  • Free Trial — 7 days of full access. No credit card required. Limited to one trial per person. After the trial expires, a paid license is required to continue using the Software.
  • Monthly Subscription — Billed monthly. Access continues as long as the subscription is active. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual Subscription — Billed annually. Access continues as long as the subscription is active. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • Lifetime License — One-time payment. Access to the Software and all future updates for as long as the Software is maintained and distributed.

4. Device Activations

Each license may be activated on up to two (2) computers at a time. You may deactivate a computer from within the Software to free up an activation slot (for example, when switching to a new computer). If you lose access to a device and cannot deactivate it, contact support for assistance.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We provide a free 7-day trial so you can evaluate the Software before purchasing. Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

6. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to applicable sales tax depending on your location.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
  • Share, transfer, or distribute your license key to any other person.
  • Attempt to circumvent or disable the license validation system.
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Software and all related materials are the intellectual property of All-22 Review. Your purchase grants a license to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself. All content you create using the Software (annotations, presentations, exports, etc.) belongs to you.

9. Updates

We may release updates, improvements, and bug fixes to the Software from time to time. Updates are delivered automatically through the built-in updater. All plans include access to updates for the duration of the license.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms, including sharing your license key, attempting to circumvent license validation, or engaging in abusive behavior. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALL-22 REVIEW BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
