Overview

All-22 Review ("we", "our", "us") is a desktop application for football film review. We respect your privacy and collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the software and process purchases.

What We Collect

  • Email address — provided when you purchase a license or start a free trial. Used to deliver your license key and for account-related communications.
  • Machine identifier — a hashed hardware ID generated locally on your computer. Used solely to manage device activations (limit of 2 per license). We cannot identify your computer from this hash.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account, or other financial details.

What We Do Not Collect

  • We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or cookies on our website.
  • We do not collect telemetry or usage data from the desktop application.
  • We do not access, upload, or transmit your game film, annotations, or any content you create in the app. All your data stays on your computer.

How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver and validate your software license.
  • To send your license key after purchase.
  • To manage device activations on your license.
  • To respond to support requests if you contact us.

Data Retention

We retain your email address and license information for as long as your license is active. If you cancel your subscription or your license expires, we retain your data for up to 12 months to support reactivation, after which it may be deleted.

Data Security

License data stored on your computer is encrypted using your operating system’s secure storage (macOS Keychain / Windows DPAPI). License validation uses Ed25519 cryptographic signatures. All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, request deletion of your data, or update your information at any time by contacting us at support@all22review.com. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA. If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.

Children’s Privacy

All-22 Review is intended for use by coaches and sports professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
