Keyboard Shortcuts
All-22 Review is built for keyboard-driven film review. Learn the controls and never leave the film.
Playback — Viewing Mode
Active when you’re watching film (not editing a cell). Plain arrow keys control playback without needing Shift.
Tap vs. hold: a quick press triggers the “tap” action. Holding the key for 300ms+ triggers the “hold” action. Release to stop.
Playback — Shift Modifier
Same controls with Shift held down. Works in all modes, including when editing cells.
Clip Editor (Import)
Active inside the clip editor when reviewing detected cuts after scanning a game.
Annotation Tools
Tool shortcuts are single keys — no modifier needed. They’re disabled when typing in grid cells or text fields.
Hardware Controls
Logitech MX Creative Console
All-22 Review supports the Logitech MX Creative Console (HID dial) for hands-on frame-by-frame scrubbing. The large dial steps through individual frames, while the small roller jumps in 2-second increments. The dial is auto-detected when connected — a status indicator appears in the playback controls.
In viewing mode, plain arrow keys control playback directly. When editing a grid cell, use Shift + arrow keys instead. Single-key annotation shortcuts (F, L, A, etc.) are disabled while typing in cells or text fields.
